Handmade Wood Flower

Flower presses are a must have for every nature collector and explorer both young and old! They are a wonderful way to save and later treasure the wonders of nature.

Each press has been lovingly handmade at Side by Side with all of our young explorers in mind! We will miss all of our Summer Camp nature walks this year! We know however, being the explorers that you are, you will find many treasures to save and share with us again soon!!

Family Art Night Kits
Family Art Kit:
Alma Thomas

Our take home family art kits provide everything you need for a fun family art night at home!
This project/kit is inspired by African American artist Alma Thomas. Her mosaic like paint style makes a fun project for all ages and stages. A downloadable how to video is included with the kit. The video will provide quick instructions as well as tips for painting with younger children.

This kit will include either tempera or acrylic paint. Tempera paint will wash off clothing while acrylic will not. Tempera is recommended if painting with younger children. Please specify which paint you prefer at checkout.
